While MTN was busy anticipating and creating social media awareness, Glo has launched her 4G services and its live in major cities of Nigeria on supported devices.

Glo is the third mobile network in Nigeria to activate 4G LTE, after nTel and MTN. This service is fully available to Subscribers in key locations such as Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja the Federal Capital Territory, Jos, Warri, Eket, Benin City, Yola and Zaria can, while the network will be made available to other locations very soon.
The 4G LTE, which is the country’s first nationwide network roll-out, is offering instant efficient broadband internet services at speeds multiple times faster than the 3G network and also at cheaper rates ranging from as low as ₦500, for 1.6GB (1 week) to as high as ₦18,000, for 90GB (30 days).
