It’s a running joke how the Nokia phones of years gone by are so tough, however. that might also be true for its newer models.
Microsoft’s General Manager of Core UX Peter Skillman reported that an Afghani man was saved by his Nokia phone last week after a bullet got stuck in it.
That being said, other brands like the iPhone & HTC Evo 3D have also behaved as Kevlar vests in the past. Keep in mind though that Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones are doing the opposite by acting as actual explosives due to their faulty batteries.
