In 2015 I talked about Tecno not having a user discussion forum compared to there rival “Infinix” the birth of Xclub brought development to various Infinix Devices.
TecnoSpot was chosen by Tecno users on there official Facebook page some weeks ago, the forum is aimed at supporting Tecno devices both old and new also to create a channel for Tecno Mobile users to report issues, give feedbacks, and ask questions bothering them.

Tecno Spot is currently available for users in Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Egypt.
If you want to know when your device will receive an update, you should run to TecnoSpot and ask the developers.
