Alechenu, it means you are tweaking the wrong IMEI or maybe you are sending a wrong keyword EG : your IMEI is that of INFINIX but you are sending SAMSUNG to 131. Thats why you get this error.
for example I used this 358929051089496 :TECNO imei but they said I’m not qualified I should buy an mtn tecno phone. I used framaroot to root d phone and mobileuncle v2.9.9 to tweak did I do it with d wrong app? cos when I check the imei is already changed. or I need an app to create my own imei.

Thanks for visiting BlakJeezuz but those apps won’t and don’t work because you use a Qualcomm device they are meant for MTK devices. Their is no fix for the imei change but you can visit a phone engineer and request for changing imei provided he has a box
